Therapies & Other Services
The goal is simple: creating a warm, zero-judgment space where you can heal, grow, and feel like yourself again. Let’s get started.
Walk & Talk Therapy
Walk and talk with your therapist around the Upland or Claremont areas. This practice can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression by allowing individuals to process emotions, share worries, and gain perspective in a supportive and casual environment. These sessions will meet in more private areas such as parks or trails.
First Meeting/Initial Assessment: $125
Your first meeting with a therapist usually involves them doing what is called a “Diagnostic Assessment” which generally involves learning your story and all aspects of your life you want to share to make a mental health diagnosis and plans for services. I offer first sessions to be discounted for all full-price paying consumers due to this first session being more exploratory.
Sliding scale for services can be evaluated.
$150- 50 min
Online Therapy
The therapist and you will meet online which is known as “telehealth". Personalized, individual, evidence-based guidance will be given to help you navigate challenges and build lasting emotional resilience. Sessions are held via telehealth.

With a background in clinical and macro social work, I bring experience speaking with social work programs, student groups, and professional audiences on topics related to mental health, LGBTQIA+ experiences, social policy and research, and the realities of clinical practice. My presentations have explored working with diverse populations, understanding ADHD and other mental health diagnoses, and navigating the challenges and rewards of being a mental health clinician.
I am available for guest lectures, university presentations, social work groups, professional development events, and panel discussions. Whether you’re looking for an introduction to a mental health topic, a research-informed presentation, or a clinician’s perspective on real-world practice, I aim to offer engaging, accessible, and thoughtful discussions that connect research with lived experience and professional practice.
